LA TOURATTE
Chambres d'hôtes
Welcome to La Touratte, situated at the edge of the small town of Saint-Hubert, with impressive views over the ancient basilica, while at the back, in stark contrast, the extensive woods of the Ardennes begin. In the late Middle Ages this house originated as a tower, part of the nearby Abbey. Over the years it was extended and is now a Bed & Breakfast, with historical charm and modern comfort. During the winter time you can enjoy a drink at the open fire and in the summertime in the gardens or on your balcony. The rooms have been decorated with unique, antique pieces of furniture and are the perfect choice for your stay in the Ardennes.

The Basilica of Saint-Hubert, listed as exceptional cultural heritage of Wallonia, originated in the 7th Century as a place of pilgrimage in honour of Saint Hubert. The present-day building was constructed in the late-Gothic style, with the addition of an impressive Baroque façade. The adjoining Palace of the Abbey, where important pilgrims could be welcomed by the abbot, dates from the 18th Century. Tours around the historical centre of Saint-Hubert can be arranged.
